Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of ReviewBot (the "Service"), a review-analytics dashboard for multi-branch retail businesses. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

ReviewBot is operated by Osman Yıldız, trading as ReviewBot, acting as an individual seller pending registration of a corporate entity ("we", "us", "the Operator"). Contact: admin@mdianalytics.com.

2. The Service

ReviewBot collects the public customer reviews your branches receive on Google Maps (and, where available, 2GIS), and uses a large language model to read every review in full — not a sample — classifying each one across eight categories (staff, queues, pricing, cleanliness, product quality and others) with the specific phrase that supports the classification. Results are presented as a per-branch dashboard so you can compare locations and track change over time.

We do not claim features that aren't shipped. If a capability isn't listed on our pricing page, it isn't part of the Service yet.

3. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned manually after you sign up as a client — there is currently no public self-serve signup. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

4. Fees and billing

Fees are per branch, per month, at the rates shown on our pricing page at the time you sign up. Where a launch price is advertised with a signing deadline, that rate is held for as long as you remain a subscriber, provided you signed before the stated date. Billing is currently handled either by a manually issued invoice or through our payment provider's hosted checkout (see below); which currencies are available for either depends on your payment provider's supported list at the time.

5. Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and is the legal seller on each transaction. Dodo Payments calculates, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and handles card-network disputes and chargebacks. Billing enquiries may be directed to us at admin@mdianalytics.com or to Dodo Payments.

7. Your data and privacy

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, how review data is processed by third parties (including an AI provider), and where it's stored.

8. No uptime guarantee, yet

ReviewBot is provided as-is, without an uptime or data-freshness commitment. We're a small, early-stage operation and don't want to promise an SLA we can't back. We'll flag this page if that changes.

9. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service itself. You retain all rights in your own business information and branch data; using the Service doesn't transfer ownership of it to us.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time by notice to the other. On termination, your data is deleted or returned within a reasonable period on request, and any outstanding invoice remains payable for service already delivered.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or our business structure changes (for example, once a company is incorporated). Material changes will be notified by email to active clients.
