Privacy Policy
This explains what ReviewBot ("we", "us") collects, why, and who we share it with. It covers two different groups of people: the businesses that use ReviewBot ("clients"), and the people whose public reviews we analyse on a client's behalf ("reviewers"). Reviewers have no direct relationship with us — see "Reviewers" below.
1. Who we are
ReviewBot is operated by Osman Yıldız, trading as ReviewBot, pending registration of a corporate entity. Contact: admin@mdianalytics.com.
2. What we collect from clients
- Account details: name, email address, business name and branch information you give us when you sign up.
- Billing details: handled directly by our payment provider, Dodo Payments — we don't store your card details ourselves.
- Support correspondence: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
3. What we collect about reviewers
For each branch a client asks us to track, we collect the reviews already publicly posted about it on Google Maps and, where available, 2GIS — including the reviewer's display name (as shown publicly on that platform) and the review text. We don't collect anything from reviewers that isn't already public, and reviewers never sign up for or interact with ReviewBot directly.
4. How we process it
Review text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API (a US-based AI provider) to classify its sentiment and topic. The review, its classification, and the specific phrase that supports that classification are stored and shown to the client in their dashboard.
5. Who we share data with
These are the service providers ("subprocessors") that touch client or reviewer data in the course of running the Service:

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
6. Where it's stored
Client and review data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, on cloud infrastructure. Review content is additionally processed (not permanently stored beyond the classification result) by Anthropic's API.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site stores your language and theme preference in your browser's local storage — nothing else. We don't currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
8. Retention
We keep client and review data for as long as the client's subscription is active. On termination, data is deleted or returned to the client within a reasonable period, per our Terms of Service.
9. Your rights
Clients can request a copy of, or deletion of, their account and branch data at any time by emailing us. If you're a reviewer and want a specific review removed from our analysis, contact us with a link to the review and we'll act on it — note that the review itself remains visible on the platform you originally posted it to, since we don't control that platform.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page as our vendor list or practices change, and notify active clients of material changes by email.
